Lieutenant Bruce Hannan is the Executive Officer of the Fugitive Warrants / Civil Process Division. Lt. Hannan currently holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and is actively working on his PhD. in Public Administration. He has served the citizens of Palm Beach County since June of 1993 in various capacities at P.B.S.O. to include: Contract Division, K-9 Unit, Field Training Unit, Detective Bureau, Narcotics Division, Community Services Division, Court Services Division and the Warrants Division. In addition to his time at P.B.S.O, Lt. Hannan served as a road patrol officer for three years for the City of Boynton Beach. Currently the Fugitive Warrants/Civil Process Division is comprised of several units to include: Non-Enforceable Writs, Enforceable Writs and the Warrants Unit. The goal of the division is to support law enforcement agencies at the state, local and federal levels, as well as provide support to the community as a whole. The division employs a combined total of 90 sworn and civilian personnel.
