Yes, customers paying by credit card will be charged a nominal convenience fee or service charge. Convenience fee is a charge, in addition to the original transaction amount, for the convenience of being able to use an alternate payment method provided through a 3rd party payment processor.
Yes. you may search by any status under “Account” and click on Go. You will see the list of invoices and payments. You can select the transaction number that you are looking for and by clicking on it you will see the detail
After you log in as an existing customer click on “Account” and you will see the summary of transactions. The “Export” option is available on the bottom of the screen. By clicking on Export you can export the list of invoices and payments in Excel, HTML and PDF format.
Yes, you can select the transaction number under “Account” screen and print the invoices, credit memos and debit memos
