When one of us is down, we have no other option but to come to the rescue. Officer Ricardo “Chip” of Miami Beach PD was shot and stabbed multiple times during an officer-involved shooting. This was very bad timing considering Chip’s wife is pregnant and is due in the next few weeks. They also have a 10-month-old baby to take care of, but with the help of The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Foundation, we were able to drop off a few essentials to help our law enforcement friends from Miami. We want them to know, they are not alone. We wish Officer Chip a speedy recovery.
