Over the course of this investigation, PBSO Homicide detectives have become aware that a video recording of this murder is being shared amongst citizens within the community. Detectives are requesting this video be provided to law enforcement as soon as possible. Update

In the early evening hours of Wednesday, October 25, 2023, a shooting occurred outside 27 Canal Street in Belle Glade, Florida. As a result, Eddie C. Willingham and Allah Lawrence were found deceased. At this time, this case is being investigated as a double homicide. If anyone has information on the perpetrator or perpetrators of this homicide, please contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office at 561-688-3400.

Location:    27 Canal Street, Belle Glade

Shortly before 10:00 pm, last evening, deputies responded to a shooting at 27 Canal Street, Belle Glade. Upon arrival, deputies located two adult males deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate this double shooting/double homicide further. No suspect or motive is known at this time.
