Deputies are investigating a Shooting In Wellington

Deputies responded to a shooting that occurred in the 9800 block of Woolworth Court, Wellington. Upon arrival they learned that there was a domestic between father in son (possibly stepfather in stepson) the result was the son/stepson shot the father/stepfather. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. I am told he is expected to survive.

The son/stepson has been detained. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are in route to the scene to investigate further.
