Sheriff Bradshaw: Stay Home

Sheriff Ric Bradshaw has been very clear from the beginning. “If you don’t have to be out, the smart thing is just to stay the heck home.”
An emergency order from county leaders issued this week closed what are considered by the county to be “non-critical” businesses and took effect at 5 p.m. Thursday.
“The bottom line is if you don’t have to go to these places and you don’t have to be out, the smart thing is just stay […]

Helping a brother from another Agency

When one of us is down, we have no other option but to come to the rescue. Officer Ricardo “Chip” of Miami Beach PD was shot and stabbed multiple times during an officer-involved shooting. This was very bad timing considering Chip’s wife is pregnant and is due in the next few weeks. They also have a 10-month-old baby to take care of, but with the help of The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Foundation, we were able to drop off a few essentials […]

School Crossing Guard Appreciation Day

Today, we honored our Crossing Guards who make sure our children get to and from school safely. We put our children in their hands daily and they don’t get enough recognition for it. Sheriff Ric Bradshaw addressed our Crossing Guards this morning and thanked them for their commitment to the children of Palm Beach County and for not having any serious incident or injury in the last 25 years. This speaks volumes of our team.

Fiesta de Pueblo 2020

This year, like every year, PBSO participated in Palm Beach County Fiesta de Pueblo. The event brings a melting pot of culture, traditional attires, entertainment and cuisine from our Hispanic Community in Palm Beach County. This event is meant to better understand the richness and differences in the Hispanic culture through food, music, education, and art. Like every year, the event was a success. This year, Sheriff Ric Bradshaw was presented with a plaque of appreciation. We thank everyone involved.

Fallen Officer Toy Drive 2019

‘Tis the Season of Giving!
Thanks to everyone who donated new, unwrapped toys to the families of our fallen deputies nationwide. Sheriff Ric Bradshaw and the PBSO Motors Unit participated in The Annual Fallen Officer Toy Drive & BBQ. The Sheriff wants the kids of our Fallen Deputies to know that we care about them.
