Training for Tragic Events

This year, close to 300 people have died in mass shootings around the country. One thing we have all learned is that it could happen anywhere, at any time. That is why The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, continuously and methodically, trains our men and women to prepare for such tragic events. PBSO and dozens of South Florida Law Enforcement Agencies participate in real-world scenarios and drills as a country-wide effort to be prepared for these heinous acts.

This is our team, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. We wear the badge with pride, we come from all walks of life with one purpose: To serve and protect our community.
