Our Deputies in Lake Worth Beach came to the help of someone screaming for help. Hilarity ensued. "I was changing the brakes on my wife's car and had my 40-year-old parrot, Rambo, on his outside perch where he sings and talks. U.S. DOT awards PBSO Grant

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office was awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration, to address railway trespassing in the City of Lake Worth Beach. The proposed project will address railway trespassing in the City of Lake Worth Beach, home to three miles of FEC railway and three miles of SFRTA/Tri-Rail Commuter railway, through enforcement activities and community awareness. Operation Strike Heat nets 60 Arrests

Operation Strike Heat nets 60 arrests for Weapons, Drugs, and Driving Charges. The operation concentrated on crime offenses of narcotics (trafficking and sales), firearms, burglaries, robberies, and gang activity. It took place in the north end of Palm Beach County last weekend, April 12th & 13th, 2019 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
