Morris Samit, DOB: 2/03/1942 has been arrested for Homicide.  He will not be attending first appearance this morning.

Time:           8:30 am
Deputies responded to a shooting in the 6800 block of Fairway Lakes Drive, in the Aberdeen Development, unincorporated Boynton Beach.  Upon arrival deputies located a female deceased from an apparent gunshot wound(s) and a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  The male was transported to a local hospital where he expected to survive.

An unknown male was captured on ATM surveillance depositing fraudulently obtained checks into an account.
This incident occurred on January 30, 2020.

Suspect Wanted – Tapatia Supermarket Burglary (MA20-25)

Suspect wanted for Business Burglary to Tapatia Supermarket.
An unknown suspect entered the supermarket by cutting a hole in the metal roll-up door.  Once inside, he helped himself to a large amount of cash then fled.
This incident occurred on February 26, 2020 at 2:00 am.  Tapatia Supermarket is located in the 3800 block of Westgate Ave, WPB.

We took 14 dangerous Gang Members off the streets of Palm Beach County with operation “Prometheus”, the culmination of a two year investigation. In the “We’re gonna take these little terrorists out of their neighborhoods” said Sheriff Bradshaw during the 1pm Press Conference today.

Baby June found one year ago

Tomorrow marks the one year anniversary since Baby June was found in the Boynton Beach Inlet by an off-duty firefighter. A reward up to $10,000 is offered to anyone who can help identify who is Baby June and where her parents are. She was suffocated, thrown into the ocean and after one year since we found her, we still need answers.

New Security Plan for High School Football Games

PBC Superintendent Fennoy meets with School Officials to craft a new Security Staffing plan for PBC High School Football Games.
Saturday morning kickoffs for the biggest games of the season will start at 6 PM instead of 7 PM.
Only clear bags will make it through the gates.
For those who leave mid-game, you will have to buy another ticket.
Thankfully, no students were or injured in Friday’s horrific shooting incident.
PBSO will assist PBC School Board Police will all ongoing efforts.
