PBSO is investigating a Shooting/Death Investigation that occurred North BD I95 near Donald Ross Road. On February 19th, around 1:45pm there was an altercation between two adult male motorists that resulted in gunfire. Christopher Michael Maassen, 29 years of age, died on the scene. Time:                    1:42 pm Location:         Northbound I95 at Donald Ross Road What we know so far is there was an altercation between two adult male motorists that resulted in gunfire.  One male is deceased on scene.  One male is currently detained for questioning.
