On May 26, 2022, deputies were dispatched to a stabbing the area of Alameda Drive and Cypress Drive. Upon arrival, deputies located a male suffering from stab wounds. The male was transported to a local hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate further.

On Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at approximately 1:54 PM, the victim, w/m, 47 years of age, was pronounced deceased as a result of his injuries.  His name is withheld due to the family enacting Marsy’s Law.  Detectives are now investigating this stabbing as a Homicide.
