Watch out… There’s a new K9 in town. K9 Daya is our newest Therapy K9. She clearly doesn’t like pictures, but when her Handler, Deputy W. Feaman, squeezed himself next to her, she gave us a smile. Join us in welcoming this cutie.

A therapy K9 is used to give care, compassion and love to someone in distress, typically a victim or a witness who suffered a traumatic experience. Our Therapy K9s get special training to be compassionate animals and provide support.
