Three Arrested for Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Resisting Arrest.

As a result of a long term investigation, agents from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office South Florida Task Force and their law enforcement partners as well as agents from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office Burglary Apprehension Team conducted a joint surveillance operation on Hugo Leal.

As a result of the operation, Hugo Leal, Alexis Huerres and Eliener Alfonso were all taken into custody after committing a high-end residential burglary in the community of Polo Club / Vintage Oaks (Linton and Military Trail) in unincorporated, PBC. These suspects are believed to be involved in a large burglary ring that targets multi-million dollar homes throughout the South Florida area as well as out of state.

Leal, Huerres and Alfonso were arrested, transported to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked on the following charges: Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Resisting Arr  est.
