The PAL Basketball League takes place during the months of February through May and serves as our core sport for the Winter/Spring season. The league has two divisions, one located in the Western Communities (Belle Glade and the other division is on the east coast. Teams are located throughout Palm Beach County in 10 or more of the Community Policing Sites and are made up of youth 14 and under and in Middle School. All games are played at Palm Beach State College and the PAL Gym in Belle Glade. The league is capped off with a league championship weekend that combines both divisions. PAL Boxing has three locations. The facilities are fully equipped with a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags and personal boxing gear. The PAL Flag Football Program serves as our core sport for the Fall season (September to December). Ten or more teams from our Community Policing Sites across the county compete for the prestigious PAL BOWL. Teams are made up of youth 14 years of age and younger. Palm Beach County PAL offers Golf for youth to learn the game and learn valuable life lessons in a safe and positive environment.

Tennis PALs – Tennis PALs is teaming with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Palm Beach County Police Athletic League to use the game of tennis to positively impact the lives of at-risk youth by providing tennis instruction, educational programs and mentoring opportunities with law enforcement that inspires and empowers them by promoting character development and life-enhancing values in a safe and nurturing environment.

PAL Wrestling takes place at Palm Beach Central High School Wrestling Facility – 8499 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL – on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 6 – 7pm for Beginners and 6 – 8pm for Intermediate/Advanced. Ages 6-17 can learn the art of wrestling and compete at state and local tournaments.

Cabana Colony Youth Center
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Cabana Colony Youth Center (CYCC) is located at 12180 Alternate A1A, Palm Beach Gardens, 33410, Â½ mile north of the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Open Monday-Friday with School Year hours as 2-7pm and Summer hours as 10am-5pm. We cater to youth between the ages of 8-17 years of age.
CCYC offers daily activities after school. These activities include Homework Assistance, Boxing, Tennis, Panther Running Team, Golf, Volleyball, Tutoring, Reading to Riches, Math Mania, Billiards, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Video Games, Arts & Crafts, Gardening and more.
Club 100/PAL Fitness Boxing is available Monday/Wednesday 5-6pm and Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:30pm.
Club 100, WAY and Temple Judea (non-profit organizations), provide endless hours of volunteerism allowing us to provide so much for the youth of Palm Beach County. A huge thank you to them for their efforts.
