Serious Crash

Crash Location: HALL BLVD. and NORTHLAKE BLVD. Crash Date: 2/27/14 Crash Time: 10:00 am V-1, a 2010 Cadillac Escalade, driven by Kerri A. Chavez d.o.b. 06/06/1981 of 13593 87th St. North, West Palm Beach, was northbound on Hall Blvd. V-2 a 1999 Volvo Tractor, driven by Orestes J. Campa d.o.b. 03/02/1941 of 10209 N.W. 129th St., Hialeah Gardens, was westbound on Northlake Blvd. Driver of V-1 failed to stop at posted stop sign and entered into the intersection into the path of V-2. The front of V-2 impacted the passenger side of V-1 in a severe collision. Both vehicles came to rest along the swale west of the intersection. All three occupants of V-1, (which includes the driver, a male child and a female child), were transported to Saint Mary’s Medical Center with life threatening injuries. Driver of V-2 was also transported to Saint Mary’s Medical Center with non- life threatening injuries. The investigation is open and ongoing. NO additional information at this time.
