Seeking the Wellington Bicycle Bandit!
An unknown white male with dark hair, wearing a short sleeve button down chef jacket and tan pants was captured stealing a hard working mall employee’s transportation to work. This unknown male rode off with the bicycle a short distance to a waiting 4 door sedan nearby.
