Crime Prevention Practitioners are available to meet with business groups to discuss methods of keeping both employees and customers safe in a business environment. Discussions will involve physical accessibility, lighting, types of locks, types of doors, windows, and alarm systems.

Topics will also include security of parking areas, view of employees and customers within the business from passing police patrols, training in suspect descriptions for incidents, use of mock robbery drills, and overall safety skills, as well as proper storage and marking of merchandise, if applicable.  Special topics requested by the business groups can also be addressed with prior notification so that a program can be developed to fit your needs.

One month advance notice is usually required to have a deputy attend meetings.
