Michelle Bates, 8 ½ year employee of PBSO Communications passed away on May 31, 2014, after a brief illness. Michelle was one of the foundations strongest members. She participated in the ride every year. She loved cupcakes so this year the foundation riders requested to make PBSO their first stop … “THE CUPCAKE STOP”.
