Man Shoots Intruders, strikes neighbor by accident in Boca Raton.

Time:                    8:27 pm

 Location:             9000 block of Majorca Place, Boca Raton

 Victim was returning home from work when he was approached by unknown suspects.  In an attempt to protect himself he armed himself with a handgun.  During the course of the attempted robbery the victim discharged his firearm.  Gunfire accidently struck a nearby neighbor.  The neighbor is being air lifted to a local hospital for treatment.  Condition is unknown.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are in route to the scene to investigate further.
