My name is Captain Frank DeMario and I have been the Commander of the Court Services Bureau since January 12, 2006. I have been with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for eight years. During my tenure with PBSO, I served as the Administrative Manager of Internal Affairs, Detective Lieutenant of the District 4 Property Crime Unit, Executive Officer of Human Resources and Commander of the Training Division.

I am a retired NYPD Detective and prior to coming to PBSO I served as the Special Administrator to the Palm Beach County Public Defender.

I feel very fortunate to have many years of experience in dealing with Law Enforcement issues and public/media concerns as the Court Services Bureau is focused mainly on those issues. Our main goal is to provide a safe and convenient atmosphere for people who are in need of court-related services in any capacity. We strive to maintain a high level of security while ensuring continuing functionality of the judicial system and its supporting entities. We also provide security for the Palm Beach County Governmental Center and all outlying court facilities in the county.

I want every citizen and all participants in the process to feel free to offer ideas and constructive criticism that will help us do our job better. With your help and input we will continue to do our part in maintaining respectful decorum during your visit to the system.
