South Bay

Greetings,

Hi, I am Sergeant Jermaine Ford, the District Commander for District 11 of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, and I would like to welcome you to South Bay’s website.  One of my goals and one of the goals of Sheriff Ric Bradshaw is to create a transparent relationship between the Sheriff’s Office and the community in which we serve.  As a native of the Glades, I take a vested interest in carrying this out. In navigating your way through this website, you will find it is user friendly, with numbers and contact information to assist you in your needs.

District 11's crime trends are continuously reviewed and criminal intelligence is shared among all of our personnel. The continuous sharing of relevant information serves to enhance our responsiveness to, not only what criminal activity has already occurred, but it also increases our ability to anticipate or predict areas where we believe crime may occur.

Our ultimate objective is to work together in making the city of South Bay a safer place for you and your families to live.  My doors are always open and I truly look forward to addressing the challenges that lie ahead, and confident we will meet each one together.

Yours in Service,

Sergeant Jermaine Ford
