14 years ago, Digna Santos, was killed while crossing the street on her way home, on the 5000 Block of Forest Hill Blvd. The person responsible, Jaime Madrid, left the 75-year old to die.
A person who used to rent a room to Madrid believes he returned to his native country, Colombia, because he mentioned that’s what he would do once released.
