Fatal Accident – 529 BRITTANY L, DELRAY BEACH, FL

On Friday, February 17, 2023, at approximately 4:41 p.m., the driver of V-1, was driving westbound on Monaco Boulevard from Jog Road. For unknown reason(s), the driver of V-1 failed to maintain control of his vehicle as he accelerated rapidly. D-1 ran a stop sign, drove through a hedge line and roadway sign, a cement planter, and finally into a residential building at 529 Brittany L. The passenger in V-1, died from injuries sustained during this crash. She was transported to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office. The driver of V-1 was transported to Delray Medical Center for treatment of his serious injuries.
