Busted for Stealing Musical Instruments During a State of Emergency.

Lavontte Williams is headed to jail for stealing musical instruments and equipment during a State of Emergency.

Deputies patrolling in the 4600 block of N. Australian Ave, Mangonia Park, came across a white Mercedes SUV parked on the North side of Value Pawn and Jewelry with hurricane shutters (wooden boards) removed from the front of the business.

Deputies determined a “burglary in progress” was occurring. After back up arrived a perimeter was set up around the business, an announcement was made and the suspect was arrested without incident.
