PBSO Welcomes K9 Tino!

Meet Tino, the newest member of our Violent Crimes Division. He still has many months of training to do, but once his training is over, he will be used to find firearms and related articles, like bullet shells. Tino is a 15-month-old Lab and he is excited to be part of the PBSO Family.

Detectives Investigating a Stabbing in Lake Worth

Detectives are investigating a stabbing in the City of Lake Worth Deputies responded to the 300 block of South E Street, Lake Worth in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, they located two victims, one suffering from a stab wound to the abdomen and the second suffering from lacerations to his forearm and bicep. Both were transported to a local hospital for treatment. A suspect has been developed. Detectives are currently seeking that suspect.

On January 24, 2017, our Empowering Girls Mentoring Group attended a College Recruitment Tour at the West Palm Beach Convention Center. PBSO dispatch received a call from a male uttering to please send HELP to a residence in the 6200 block of Adriatic Way, Greenacres, then hung up.
