PBSO West Detention Center deputies attended Career Day at Gove Elementary in Belle Glade.
The Deputies engaged with students in various activities such as introducing themselves in Spanish and educated the students about the role of Sheriff’s Office deputies with an interactive worksheet.

Towards the end of the Career Day event, the deputies did a magnificent job by impressing on the students to hold themselves accountable in becoming productive citizens and participating in a pledge. The students were happy to seal their pledge with their favorite dance.
