On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 2:50 pm, a UPS driver just completed a delivery to two residences in the 300 block of South M Street. The suspect was identified by the UPS driver as the suspect who stole the packages. He was immediately arrested and charged with the following charges: 2 counts of Burglary, 1 count of Grand Theft and 1 count of Petit Theft.
The packages were picked up by the UPS driver and re-delivered to the residents.
