On Thursday, December 1, 2022 at about 6:46 AM, PBSO dispatch received a call regarding an unresponsive male laying in the grass at the southwest corner of Forest Hill Blvd and Lyons Rd in the Village of Wellington. Upon arrival, deputies learned the male was pronounced deceased by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. There were no signs of trauma. It appears the male was released earlier from a local hospital.
Next of Kin has not been notified.
