It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of PBSO K-9 "Kenzo". He served heroically from 2006-2013 and was responsible for countless felony apprehensions, one of which K-9 Kenzo sustained a gunshot wound while apprehending a murder suspect. On June 4, 2012, K9 Kenzo located the suspect hiding and ready to ambush deputies. PBSO Honor Guard Attend Funerals in Baton Rouge
PBSO Honor Guard members attended the fallen law enforcement officers’ funerals in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Thousands of law enforcement officers from across the country and Canada gathered in Baton Rouge to honor the fallen heroes who paid the ultimate sacrifice. There was a show of overwhelming support for these brave men that came from the community in which they served.
