Patriot Day at Frontier Elementary

Frontier Elementary Students honor Deputies

Yesterday, on 9/11, the Safety Patrol students at Frontier Elementary School, in Loxahatchee honored their local PBSO and PBCFR on Patriot Day. The students collected different items  and put together a gift basket along with homemade cards thanking the deputies for their service. Members from PBSO  District 15 as well as their School Resource Deputy visited with the students and were presented with their gifts.



From Inmates to Graduates

Six inmates graduated from the West Detention Center in Belle Glade. They received their GED diplomas to help them re-enter back into society when they are released from jail. The GED Program is a second chance to get a High School Diploma. The requirements are the same, they are responsible to complete courses like Language Arts, Science, Social Studies and Math. Detectives Investigate a Generator-related Death in Loxahatchee

On Thursday September 14, 2017, at 8:00 pm, deputies and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the 6100 block of 185th Terrace N in Loxahatchee, in reference to an unresponsive female. When PBCFR arrived they immediately became aware of a generator the family had been using during the hurricane which was located near the garage area of the residence, the exhaust had been facing directly into the garage while operating. Frontier Elementary Safety Patrols Honor Law Enforcement

In Honor of Patriot’s Day, Frontier Elementary School safety patrols honored our local heroes/1st responders for their service and dedication. Goody baskets were given to deputies. The students were able to meet and shake hands with deputies to thank them personally for all that they do for keeping them and the community safe.
