An animal complaint call turned into a family cookout with PBSO

Our deputies were dispatched to an animal complaint and found a family in need of food so they visited the local grocery store and personally purchased groceries and cooked the family a meal.

Sgt. David Duplantis was quoted as saying, “these deputies showed compassion and genuine concerns for these 5 young ladies and went above and beyond the responsibilities required of them. I could not be more proud of their actions and attitude toward this delicate scenario. It is my pleasure to supervise these professionals, as they demonstrated all the best traits and qualities expected from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office”.
