On Saturday, March 12th, 2022, a vehicle versus pedestrian collision took place at the intersection of 10th Avenue South and South Dixie Highway, within the city of Lake Worth Beach. The vehicle failed to remain on scene of the collision, where the pedestrian was killed.

The vehicle is identified as a black 2009 to current year Dodge Ram regular cab pickup truck. There is a large white sticker on the center back window of the vehicle.
