VFW Appreciation Award
As PBSO Deputies, we strive to serve our community and at times our dedication gets noticed. The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the US presented us with an Appreciation Award. It was an honor to receive this recognition in the presence of several World War II Veterans.
Traffic Safety Officer of the Year
Each year, My FDOT has an awards ceremony to honor agencies based on the reduction of traffic fatalities & enforcement efforts. Out of countless nominees throughout the State of Florida, Corporal Rey Soriano was named Traffic Safety Officer of the Year.
PAL Sports, Academics & Mentoring Camp
Hope everyone had a great weekend! We took the kids from our PAL Sports, Academics & Mentoring Camp to the South Florida Science Center and to The Palm Beach Zoo. It’s always a great time with our youth.
Volunteers on the water
Volunteers help make our community a safer place. We thank our volunteers for handing out life jackets to avoid any drowning. Life jackets can't help you if you're not wearing one.
PBSO Explorers awarded 1st place
Our Explorers make us so proud, we have to share this with you! They participated in the Florida Sheriff’s Explorers Association state Competition hosted by the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. They brought home lots of awards, among them 1st place in Crime Scene Investigation.Meet Our Newest Four-Legged Deputy
This is Apache, the newest member of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Mounted Unit. He's a 13 year old Quarter Horse that was purchased by the Sheriff's Foundation.
