PBSO Goes to Puerto Rico – Operation Coqui

PBSO Goes to Puerto Rico – Operation Coqui

More than 3 months ago, Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico leaving them without electricity, flooded homes and broken hearts. Today, people from the island including the Police, remain without the basic necessities, but with hope for a brighter future of restoration. PBSO began “Operation Coqui” for that purpose; to assess the damage and fact-find areas where we can come together and help.

Last month, PBSO Representatives and Palm Beach County Commissioner, Dave Kerner went to Puerto Rico to examine the damage and help law enforcement with their relief efforts. As a community, we can make a difference. We encourage anyone interested in donating to please visit www.pbcsf.org
