Humberto Montero is a sexual Predator who has established residence in Lake Worth, Florida. His charges are sexual battery by adult/victim under 12 (2 counts). He was declared a sexual Predator on April 1, 1998 in Dade County. At this time he is under the supervision of the Department of Corrections until June 28, 2008. Detective Brett Combs of the SPOT Unit verified Humberto's address and distributed flyers to alert his neighbors that he is living in the area. In addition, a mail notification was done on August 11, 2005. All daycare centers in the area of 23rd Avenue N were notified.

08/09/2005Address Verification
Predator Dwain Dority was released from prison on August 8, 2005. His charges were false imprisonment, kidnapping and sexual battery/threat with deadly weapon. He was declared a Sexual Predator on Jun 16, 1999. This order was signed by Honorable Judge John L. Phillips. He established his residence in the City of West Palm Beach upon his release from prison. Detective Larry Wood confirmed his address on August 9, 2005. All our internal databases were updated with his personal and criminal history and the child care centers in the area of his residence were notified by mail.

08/01/2005Mail Notification
A mail notification was done on Predator Frankie Rodriguez. Frankie Rodriguez relocated from Lake Worth to West Palm Beach, Florida. This address was verified by Det. Larry Wood on July 29, 2005. A letter was sent to Chief Delsa Bush, West Palm Beach Police Deparatment informing her that Frankie Rodriguez has relocated to her area. Frankie Rodriguez is still under the supervision of the Department of Corrections.

08/01/2005Mail Notification
On August 1, 2005 a community notification was done on Predator Dennis Rowe. His address was verified on July 29, 2005 by Detective Larry Wood. Included in the notification were all the day care centers in the area of the LaMancha development in Royal Palm Beach. A flyer was sent to Chief Stepnowski of the Royal Palm Beach Police Department. Dennis Rowe signed a requirements form, which he read and agreed to. This document specfies his requirements and what the penalties are if he does not comply.

07/22/2005Mail Notification
07/22/05: A community notification was done on Predator Bruce Bauer. Bruce Bauer relocated from West Palm Beach to Riviera Beach, Florida. Det. Larry Wood verified his address. All daycare centers in the area of his residence were notified. Sgt. Pat Galligan of Riviera Beach P.D. was informed that Bruce Bauer had relocated into his jurisdiction.
