Vehicle 1 was traveling northbound in the northbound lane of State Road 715 in the 3500 block. Vehicle 1 was traveling at a high rate of speed passing vehicles on the left. Vehicle 2 was traveling southbound in the southbound lane of State Road 715 in the 3500 block. As Vehicle 2 was southbound, Driver 1 lost control of Vehicle 1 and began to yaw counterclockwise into the southbound lanes and into the path of Vehicle 2. This caused a violent collision between the front of Vehicle 2 and the passenger side of Vehicle 1. As a result of the collision, Vehicle 1 was redirected into a clockwise rotation, northwest off the west side of the roadway. The front seat passenger of Vehicle 1 was ejected through the passenger side window and landed on the sidewalk next to the passenger side of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 came to final rest facing east west of the roadway. Vehicle 2 was redirected southwest off the west side of the roadway and came to rest facing southwest, west of the roadway. The passengers of Vehicle 1 were pronounced dead on scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Driver 1 was transported to St Mary’s Medical Center due to injuries sustained during the collision. Driver 2 was transported to Lakeside Medical Center due to injuries sustained during the collision. Next of Kin Has been notified.
