Shortly before 8:00 pm, deputies responded to a triple shooting in the 100 block of NW 9^th Street, Belle Glade.  Upon arrival, deputies located one adult male deceased from apparent gunshot wound(s) and two other adults suffering from gunshot wound(s).  Both victims; one male and one female, were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The adult male transported to a local hospital for treatment of gunshot wound(s) succumbed to his injuries while in surgery.  The female is recovering.  Detectives are investigating this triple shooting as a Double Homicide/Shooting. Motive and suspect information is unknown.

All names are being withheld.  Marsy’s Law has been enacted.
