SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR 1^ST DEGREE MURDER

 At the conclusion of last night’s investigation, detectives found probable cause to arrest the shooter, Brian Canarelli, for 1^st Degree Murder.  The victim, an adult male, 40 years of age, name is withheld due to the family invoking Marsy’s Law.

Shortly before 9:00 pm deputies responded to a shooting in the 15700 block of 98^th Trail North, Jupiter.  Upon arrival deputies located an adult male deceased from gunshot wound(s).

The suspected shooter was still on scene and is currently in custody.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division are in route to the scene to investigate further.
