Suspect wanted for burglary to a residence.
An unknown male forcibly entered the victim residence. While inside, captured on surveillance video, he helped himself to the victim’s property.
The suspect appears to be a white male, with short cropped hair, mustache and beard.  He has a tattoo on his right leg.
This incident occurred on July 23, 2018. The residence is located inside the Boca Trails community.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Gian’Marco Rodriguez. Gian’Marco, DOB: 5/26/2005, was last seen on July 30, 2018, 11:00 pm, at his home located in the 6800 block of Barnwell Drive, Boynton Beach and has not been or heard from since.

Detectives investigate a body found floating in a retention pond in Greenacres

Location:    Walmart Shopping plaza, retention pond
Deputies responded to a body found floating in a retention pond that flows alongside Walmart in the 6200 block of Forest Hill Blvd, Greenacres.  PBSO dive team responded and removed the male from the pond.  The male was identified as a homeless resident of Greenacres.  There is no obvious signs of death known at this time.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

ACCREDITATION TEAM INVITES PUBLIC COMMENTS

Sheriff Ric Bradshaw announced that a team of assessors from the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA) will arrive July 10, 2018 to examine all aspects of the Sheriff’s Office policies and procedures, management, operations, and support services. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has to comply with approximately 260 standards in order to receive accredited status. Many of the standards are critical to life, health and safety issues.

Deputy Helps Deliver Baby

On his way to work, Deputy Breslin had no idea he was going to have one of the most unforgettable shifts of his career. He helped a couple deliver a newborn who were on their way to the hospital. Thanks to the fast response of our deputy, the baby boy was born healthy on May 25th at 5:25 PM. The family couldn’t be any happier and grateful. Our entire PBSO family welcome Baby Charlie.

PBSO Arrest Assisted Living Home Owner on Elder Abuse Charges

On April 20, 2018, detectives from the Special Victims Unit assisted the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regarding an allegation of elderly abuse/neglect.
The investigation determined that Bhoodram Parsaram left the residents that live in the 24 hour assisted living facility overnight, unattended and restrained.
The assisted living facility is located in the 1100 block of Wynnewood Drive, unincorporated West Palm Beach.
