On Friday, February 17, 2023, at approximately 4:41 p.m., the driver of V-1, was driving westbound on Monaco Boulevard from Jog Road. Each year, we respond to various ATV-related incidents, some fatal. We understand that seeing us on ATVs might create confusion. However, the FSS 316.2074 states that "an ATV may be used by law enforcement officers on public roads while in the course & scope of their duties."
