A Message from Captain Easton:
I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself as the Commander of the Western Regional District. My name is Captain Larry Easton. I have been with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for the past 26 years, having served in a variety of assignments throughout the agency. It is an honor to be selected to serve as your district commander.
As part of the western community, the deputies and employees of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Western Region (District 5 - Unincorporated Area, District 11 - City of South Bay, and District 12 - City of Pahokee) are committed to providing all our energy and efforts towards maximizing the quality of life. We accomplish this by empowering our deputies through the philosophies and practices of community policing which encourages them to work with communities utilizing problem-solving techniques. Each deputy and supervisor will be assigned a sector of responsibility, where they develop strategies and plans of action to combat crime and provide public service, while working in direct partnership with the community. Our efforts are timely, and geared towards addressing the cause, and not just the symptoms of any given issue/challenge that affects the safety and well-being of the community.
The members of Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Western Community Districts are well equipped and trained to provide you professional law enforcement services that are backed-up by the overall resources and personnel of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Problem solving is our way of doing business at all levels, and is accomplished in concert with the community we serve.
We stand ready to serve your needs, and ask that you join us in keeping the Western Communities a wonderful and safe place to live, work, and play.
